Vision Pro Software Updates
We are pleased to confirm that the new Vision Pro Software user interface (UI) is now available.
Some of the benefits of the new UI Include:
- User Friendly
- Centralised Administration, locate what you need easily.
- Interactive Dashboards and Live data
- Enhanced data access via a new API
- Improved user guides and supporting videos.
- System development including Document Management, Smart Forms, Static GPS tracking and much more!
During the following months, we will provide Vision Pro Software clients and users with a series of online sessions explaining the full benefits of the UI. We aim to move all Vision Pro Software users onto the new UI by the end of 2023.

Information Security ISO 27001
At Vision Pro Software we take cyber & information security very seriously. Our commitment to this is demonstrated by the following;
- The Vision Pro System is hosted on the secure Azure platform with the data centres based in the UK.
- We subject the software to 3rd party penetration testing.
- We hold and maintain Cyber Essentials and Cyber Essential Plus accreditation.
- We are pleased to confirm we have been approved for ISO 27001:2013 Information Security Accreditation.

The Vision Pro Software support team based in Nottingham continue to receive positive client feedback. We have further enhanced the support offered to Vision Pro clients with the introduction of a new dedicated email ticketing system. This system ensures that we respond to client requests and deliver and maintain the service in line with agreed SLAs.
