As the year draws to a close, December offers a chance to pause and take stock. It’s a moment to recognise progress, thank the people who make it possible, and start thinking about what comes next. This month’s Vision Pro Software Bulletin does exactly that, bringing together a major mobile app update, a new referral programme, and a final opportunity to share feedback before the new year begins.
It’s been a busy year for Vision Pro Software, shaped by close collaboration with clients and a steady focus on making compliance work clearer, faster, and more practical. December’s update reflects that approach, with changes that support day-to-day work as well as longer-term planning.

Connecting physical sites to digital records with QR codes
The latest update to the Vision Pro Software mobile app introduces QR code printing and scanning, giving teams a quicker way to link real-world assets to their digital records. This feature is designed for people working on site, where time matters and accuracy is essential.
QR codes can now be generated and printed directly from the mobile app, allowing assets, rooms, equipment, and locations to be labelled consistently. Once in place, those codes can be scanned using the built-in scanner to open the correct record straight away. There’s no searching through menus or opening third-party apps. The right form, template, or asset record is available in seconds.
For inspections, audits, and routine checks, this makes a noticeable difference. Fewer steps mean fewer errors, and teams can focus on the task in front of them rather than navigating software. Whether it’s managing plant equipment, recording asbestos locations, or carrying out site inspections, QR codes help keep information accurate and up to date.
Saying thank you with the Vision Pro Software referral programme
The December Vision Pro Bulletin also introduces a new referral programme, created to recognise the role existing clients play in the growth of Vision Pro Software. Many new customers come through recommendations, and this programme is a way of giving something back.
When an existing client refers a new organisation that goes on to purchase a licence, they receive a credit worth ten percent of the initial annual licence fee. That credit can then be used in a way that suits the organisation, whether that’s reducing future licence costs, gaining access to additional modules, or supporting training and bespoke configuration.
It’s a simple way to reward trust and long-term partnerships, while helping more organisations benefit from better compliance management.
A final call for feedback before the year ends
Before turning the page to a new year, Vision Pro Software is also inviting clients to share their thoughts through the Customer Experience Survey. This is the last opportunity in 2025 to provide feedback that will help guide development priorities for the year ahead.
The survey takes only a couple of minutes to complete, but the responses play a real role in shaping future updates. Whether things are working well or there are areas that could be improved, hearing directly from users helps ensure the platform continues to meet real-world needs. Take the survey here.
