How can Vision help manage our fire risk assessments and fire saftey compliance?

A fire risk assessment should identify the people at risk and the potential for a fire to start and spread.

Using the Vision Pro Software, a duty holder or fire risk assessor can easily carry out fire risk assessments in the building they are responsible for. The software allows them to log details of all fire exits and fire safety equipment and, using the integration of Visions asset tagging technology, their location.

During data collection, fire safety information is stored securely in the cloud. This means it can be easily accessed from any device or location. The information is viewable via the client dashboard. Alerts can be set up to notify the relevant people when relevant dates are due.

Having this information readily to hand is especially useful in multiple site situations as a real-time overview of your fire safety compliance can be viewed as required.

Can we use our own preferred contractors to carry out complete fire risk assessments and populate the software?

Yes, you can.  The fire risk software is yours and you can use any of your preferred contractors or fire risk assessor to update the data in your fire risk assessments.  We also deliver online training to you and your contractors prior to implementation.

Does it deliver hard copy reports?

Yes it does. At the touch of a button you can download and print off a report of your fire risk assessment, however, wherever possible we would always advise you and your colleagues/contractors, etc., refer to the fire risk software as the data in there is live and always current (a report can be out of date very quickly).

Can you separate out significant findings to produce an Action Plan?

Yes, you can download a spreadsheet directly from your client Dashboard.
